There are two main reasons why you may not be able to see a particular item in your list. First, you should check that you have not filtered the item out of your list. To do this, please ensure that all of the filter fields along the top of your page are empty.
Secondly, if all filters are clear and there appears to be no reason why you’re item is not being displayed, you may need to clear your browser’s cache. Each browser has a different way to clear its cache. In order to clear your cache in Google Chrome, select the customise and control icon ⋮ at the top right of your browser screen. Then, select more tools followed by clear browsing data. After that, you can choose a time range to to clear your data or you can clear all browsing data. You should also tick the boxes next to cookies and other side data and cached images and files. Once all this is complete, click clear data and your cache will be cleared.
Now, log back into Husky and search for the item in your list again.
